So I decided to share my little recipe for my homemade Lasagna. Its absolutely delicious! Its also not so bad for you. I make my Lasagna with low fat ingredients and add no salt believe it or not. Here are the steps: in a frying pan i add 1 cooking spoon of Sofrito (google it, its a spanish mixture that we put into mostly all our food) i let it cook for a couple minutes on High Heat, then i add about 2tablespoons of Onion powder & garlic powder (powder not salt) then I add my defrosted ground beef and cook on med-high until completely cooked (you'll know when its done when it turns brown but try scooping out a piece and try it just incase its not fully cooked inside) while your doing your meat you should have water boiling in a pot for your noodles, this one is pretty easy simply bring to boil add a bit of olive oil (so the noodles don't stick) and a bit if garlic powder for flavor. Once the noodle are fully cooked and the meat us thoroughly cooked drain both in separate drainers. In a baking dish you can spread a little bit if olive oil so the noodle don't stick to bad and start layering your noodles, sauce, ground beef, ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese. Then again start your layering depending on how layers you want. Cover with aluminum foil & Place in oven for 30-45min checking occasionally. For the last couple minutes remove the aluminum foil so it can harden a bit. And tada! All done. You can make a small side salad and warm up some garlic bread and there goes your meal!
